Doctor (EU)

The basic salary is CZK 160 000. The employment contract is concluded for 5 years. As part of the benefits, we provide accommodation near the workplace. This salary is due to you when you meet the conditions for independent practice as a doctor or dentist. If you are preparing for the language exam and have not yet fulfilled the conditions, you are entitled to a basic salary of CZK 50,000 and a study incentive of CZK 10,000. You work as a physician's assistant until you meet the conditions.

Dental hygienist (EU)

Basic salary 80 000 CZK. The employment contract is concluded for 5 years. As part of the benefits, we provide accommodation near the workplace. This salary is due to you when you meet the conditions for independent practice as a dental hygienist. If you are preparing for the language exam and have not yet fulfilled the conditions, you are entitled to a basic salary of CZK 40,000 and a study incentive of CZK 10,000. You will work as a physician's assistant or dental hygienist's assistant until you meet the conditions.

Nurse (EU)

Basic salary 50 000 CZK. The employment contract is concluded for 5 years. As part of the benefits, we provide accommodation near the workplace. This salary is due to you as soon as you have fulfilled the conditions for being a nurse. If you are preparing for the language exam and have not yet fulfilled the conditions, you are entitled to a basic salary of 3 0000 CZK and a study incentive of 10 000 CZK. You work as a medical assistant until you meet the conditions.

Other profession

In general, full secondary specialised medical education and higher vocational education that entitles a health professional to practise without professional supervision is remunerated in the range of CZK 50 000 - CZK 80 000. With a university degree you can achieve a salary of 80,000 CZK - 160,000 CZK, depending on your specialisation.

Doctor (non-EU)

This salary is due to you as soon as you meet the conditions for the profession of dental hygienist. If you are preparing for the language exam and you do not yet meet the conditions, you are entitled to a basic salary of CZK 40,000 and a study incentive of 10 000 CZK. You work as an assistant to an independent doctor or assistant dental hygienist until you meet the conditions.

Nurse (non-EU)

Basic salary 50 000 CZK. The employment contract is concluded for 5 years. As part of the benefits, we provide accommodation near the workplace. This salary is due to you as soon as you have fulfilled the conditions for being a nurse. If you are preparing for the language exam and have not yet fulfilled the conditions, you are entitled to a basic salary of 3 0000 CZK and a study incentive of 10 000 CZK. You work as a medical assistant until you meet the conditions.

I'm not a healthcare worker

If you're interested in healthcare and don't have a background in the field, you can work for us as a professional clerk, take an accredited course and become a paramedic. The starting salary is around 30 000 CZK and an incentive allowance for studies in the amount of 10 000 CZK. You sign a qualification agreement for 5 years.
